Strasbourg Food Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at 17 Place de la Cathédrale for a walking tour of the historic centre of Strasbourg, where we'll discover traditional Alsatian cuisine.
Along the route, we'll visit three establishments located around Strasbourg Cathedral. In these establishments, you'll be able to taste delicacies such as bread, pastries, sausages and other typical Alsatian products. Is your mouth watering yet?
All this and many more surprises await us on this food tour of Strasbourg, a city that combines the best of refined French gastronomy with traditional German flavours.
Along the route, we'll taste several of these products and other typical Strasbourg recipes, such as raw meat, cheeses paired with local wines, or kouglop, an Alsatian brioche. At the same time, we'll also discover interesting facts about the history of Strasbourg and its cuisine.
Of course, given that we're in the one of the famous wine regions of Alsace, we'll enjoy a wine tasting, such as Crémant d'Alsace, an internationally famous sparkling wine.
In total, we'll enjoy three tastings from Alsace—a real treat for the palate!
Finally, after a 2-hour stroll through the heart of Strasbourg, we'll conclude this food tour in the vicinity of the meeting point.
